
The hostel provides well-lit, spacious and airy dormitories for boys and girls.
Disciplined life in the dormitories inculcates the values of self reliance, camaraderie and community living.
A House Mistress looks after the hostel with the assistance of a Matron and her staff. A modern kitchen with an attached dinning-hall caters to provide balanced and nutritious meals with filtered water facilities.

The school has a surgeon and a padiatrician on the panel to look after the general health of the student and to provide prompt medical care in care of illness/emergency.

All parents are required to adhere to the dates of re-opening and closing of term. Boarders are allowed outings with their parents/quardians/escorts twice monthly on Sundays and holidays and are required to return by 6.00 p.m.
Boarders are permitted to meet only those visitors whose names have been included in the 'visitors' list in the school records.

Parents are advised not to provide their wards with expensive watches and cameras. The school will not accept responsbility for losses. The use of mobile phones by students while in school is strictly prohibited.
Fees must be paid on time. Regular defaulters will be sent home if the bills are not paid on time.
All students are required to wear proper uniform, shoes and appropriate haircut.
Students are not allowed to leave the school premisses during school hours.

Admission is open to all, irrespective of caste, creed or class.
A student needs to be registered with the school before admission is granted. The application form is available with the school prospectus on payment of Rs. 250/- in cash or D/D.
Before admission students are tested to decide their placement in an appropriate class.
The following documents are required at the time of Registration
- The Municipal birth registration certificate - the original document will be returned after verification. The date of birth once recorded will not be changed.
- Students coming from other schools will be required to submit the original TC from their previous institution. TC for students coming from outside Uttarakhand must be counter-signed by the district education officer.
- The latest progress report of the student, if he has been attending any school.

Withdrawal of students in mid-session is not allowed, except in an emergency. Adequate advance notice is required in case of withdrawal. Parents are requried to apply on the prescribed forms, available in the school office. The Principal will permit the issue of a TC on completion of the required formalities.

The child should complete the age as indicated below against the class, preferably at the beginning of the academic session.
